It's amazing how much learning happens when an imminent crisis is combined with personal responsibility. We have formulated our developmental opportunities to focus on real events, with real people taking responsibility and receiving real feedback on their actions.

We believe that we have a stewardship with our clients and the individuals we serve to provide them with developmental processes, resources, and challenges that present them with new doors of opportunity that they may choose to open and explore.

At every turn, organizational leaders ask why people will not take on responsibility, be accountable, and act for themselves. For the most part, we've created these systems. We, the leaders, have "held" others "blamable" for disappointing results. However, we have failed to build the systems that enabled them to become stewards. Building stewardships and effective systems for organizational and individual accountability is one of our key operating principles.
